Mogumber Park swept the board last year with the winners of both the MM feature races and they did it again at Pinjarra on Saturday.

It was a banner occasion for the ever-consistent Commands son Rommel on Magic Millions WA races day 2026 with both feature winners having family to be offered at the 2026 Perth Magic Millions Yearling Sale this week.

Entries close today for the 2026 Perth Magic Millions Yearling Sale and among the highlights will be the cream of the first crop by Geisel Park sire Aysar.

Ridgeport Holdings is extremely excited to announce that ROMMEL (by Commands) has relocated to Ridgeport Farm in Waroona WA to stand the 2023 breeding season.

Progressive Western Australian Stud Geisel Park has secured the outstanding stallion prospect Aysar (Deep Field) for stud duties at their Myalup property from 2023.

Rivercrest Park stallion Ducimus sired his first winner when Leading Taddy bolted in at Pinjarra on Boxing Day.

With 200m to run in the $200,000 Magic Millions WA 3YO Trophy (RL) at Pinjarra on Sunday, there would be half a dozen hard-luck stories, none more so than the Rommel filly Pixie Chix who was blocked for a run and bounced around like a pinball.

After Military Gambler turned over the odd-on favourite Stellar Magic in the opener over 1100m at Doomben on Saturday, winning trainer Chris Munce admitted he knew little about the winner's sire Rommel, but the Mogumber Park stallion has been a quiet achiever among the first season stallions.

Mogumber Park Stud’s Rommel became the 11th first-crop sire to get off the mark before Christmas when the Neville Parnham-trained filly Ultimare Comand made a winning career debut at Ascot.

Rivercrest Park Stud in Western Australia is home to exciting young Snitzel stakes-winner Ducimus, who was the most popular first season sire in the West last year covering an impressive list of proven stakes producers.
