The Inglis Xtra Bonus Series features 50 Maidens that are incentivised with a $100,000 bonus to the winner if eligible and at Coffs Harbour on Friday the first of them offered in the new season was snapped up by Scone based trainer Scott Singleton with Greyt Remlap.
A speedy grey son of Acrobat, Greyt Remlap was having his third race start in the $50,000 showcase maiden over 1000m and was sent out favourite after a good last start second at Scone.
He gave a good kick turning for home and was not for catching, going on to score by the best part of a length for Mikayla Weir.
A $60,000 Inglis Classic purchase for his trainer from the Carramar Park draft, Greyt Remlap is the first winner from Navua Mist, a winning Exceed and Excel mare from a US female family that features champion fillies Flanders and Surfside.

Carramar Park sold another Acrobat colt from Navua Mist at Inglis Classic this year for $70,000 also to Scott Singleton and she has another yearling filly to follow by the promising young son of champion sire Fastnet Rock.
Greyt Remlap is the first winner for the new season for Acrobat, who stands at a fee of $8,800.
